All of the proteins at Brick Farm Market come from our sustainable farm, Double Brook Farm, down the street in Hopewell. Double Brook Farm is a pasture-based farming operation that raises cattle, hogs, sheep, chicken, turkeys, goats and ducks.

The cattle, sheep and goats are 100% grass-fed and pastured on our 700 acres of grassy farmland. The pigs and poultry supplement their foraged diet with GMO-free locally-grown grain mixture which is ground fresh by our farmers. All of our animals are raised without hormones or antibiotics, in fresh air, as nature intended.
